1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, laboratory, or professional to purchase from North Summit Labs. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Research Use Only
All products offered by North Summit Labs are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. 3. No Medical Advice
North Summit Labs is not a pharmacy or medical provider. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, dosing instructions, or guidance for human or animal use. Content is provided for research and informational purposes only.
4. Buyer Responsibility & Compliance
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to determine that their purchase, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, and their institution's research and safety protocols.
5. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed via our website, Telegram, text, or contact form and are confirmed subject to availability. In-stock items can be paid for by card at checkout through our payment processor; we do not store full card details. Payment terms and any additional accepted methods are confirmed at checkout or during order confirmation.
6. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. See our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not purchase, resell, or use our products for human or animal consumption, clinical or therapeutic use, or any unlawful purpose. Misrepresenting your eligibility or intended use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Summit Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to that claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
