We visit the source, confirm the price is live and eligible under the rules below, and usually respond the same business day.

What qualifies
- The competitor is a well-known, U.S.-based research peptide supplier with an established public storefront and verifiable business history.
- The product is identical in compound, strength (mg), and vial size — no blends, bundles, or repackaged variants.
- The competitor's item is in stock and available to order at the advertised price at the time of your request.
- The listed price is the standard product price — not a limited-time flash sale, clearance, or closeout.
- You submit a clear screenshot or link showing the product page, price, and date accessed.
- The request is submitted before you place your North Summit Labs order (we can't retroactively adjust completed orders).
What we can't match
- Unknown, brand-new, drop-ship, or unverifiable websites with no business history or contact information.
- Marketplace listings (eBay, Reddit posts, Telegram group offers, Discord sellers, forum classifieds, resellers).
- Coupon-stacked, member-only, wholesale, first-time-buyer, holiday flash sales, or promo-code prices.
- Prices that appear artificially low or inconsistent with the rest of the market (suspected counterfeit or misbranded product).
- Group buys, pre-orders, backorders, or out-of-stock listings.
- Combined shipping/discount math — we compare product price to product price, apples to apples.
- Screenshots that have been edited, cropped to hide context, or that we cannot independently verify by visiting the source.
The fine print
- • One price match per product, per order. Not combinable with other discounts, bundle pricing, or bulk quotes.
- • Matches are applied to the product price only. Shipping, packaging, and payment-processing fees are excluded from the comparison.
- • We reserve the right to decline any request we believe is fraudulent, based on counterfeit product, or otherwise inconsistent with these guidelines.
- • Prices, availability, and eligibility can change at any time. Approvals are valid for 48 hours from the time we confirm the match.
