Shipping, Pickup & Order Policies

Fulfillment & Nationwide Shipping

North Summit Labs ships to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are packaged discreetly and securely to protect vials during transit, with no external branding indicating contents.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more ship free.

Apparel is made to order and ships separately from peptide orders, so please allow a few additional days for it to ship. Our same-day dispatch window does not apply to apparel.

Local Pickup — Placer County, CA

Local pickup is available in the Placer County, California area by appointment only. We do not operate a public storefront; pickup times and location details are arranged directly with our team after you place an order. Contact us to request pickup.

Processing Times

In-stock orders placed before 12pm PST (10am PST on Saturdays) are dispatched the same day; orders placed after the cutoff are dispatched the next business day. If you need an estimated ship date for a specific order, contact us and we will confirm it directly.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided as soon as your order ships so you can follow delivery progress.

All Sales Final

All items are sold final and as is. No refunds are available for any reason except damaged items. Please review our Terms & Conditions before ordering.

Damaged Items — Required Proof

Proof of damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package and must include a video showing all damaged elements. Pictures alone will not be accepted.
