North Summit Labs ships to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are packaged discreetly and securely to protect vials during transit, with no external branding indicating contents.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more ship free.
Local Pickup — Placer County, CA
Local pickup is available in the Placer County, California area by appointment only. We do not operate a public storefront; pickup times and location details are arranged directly with our team after you place an order. Contact us to request pickup.
Processing Times
Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment clears. If you need an estimated ship date for a specific order, contact us and we will confirm it directly.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided as soon as your order ships so you can follow delivery progress.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Please review our Terms & Conditions before ordering.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If a shipment arrives damaged, arrives incorrect, or is not delivered, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Reach out with photos and your order details and we will make it right.
