No. We do not provide dosing guidance, protocols, or any recommendation involving human or animal use, and we cannot answer questions framed that way. We can answer questions about documentation, purity, lot data, shipping, and handling.

We are based in the Placer County, California area and ship nationwide. We do not operate a public storefront; local pickup is by appointment only.

Each lot we list is submitted to an independent third-party analytical laboratory. Methods vary by compound and laboratory and commonly include RP-HPLC purity determination and mass spectrometry identity confirmation. The certificate for each lot states the methods actually used.

It is the percentage of total detected peak area attributable to the target compound under that laboratory's method conditions. It is an analytical measurement of composition, not a safety, sterility, or approval determination.

Chromatographic purity is method-dependent. Column chemistry, gradient, detection wavelength, and sample preparation all affect what is resolved and detected, so two competent laboratories can report slightly different values for the same material.

No. We do not perform our own analysis and we hold no laboratory accreditation of our own. All analytical results come from outside laboratories, which are named on each certificate so you can evaluate the source directly.

Only where a specific lot's certificate reports that specific test. We do not claim testing that was not performed. Read the certificate for your lot to see exactly what was analyzed.

Yes. Certificates for currently listed lots are published in our COA library, and the certificate matching the lot number on your vial is available on request.

Typically the product name and strength, lot number, issuing laboratory, dates received and issued, methods used, purity result, identity or molecular weight data, and the underlying chromatogram or spectra. Our COA guide walks through each field.

Yes. Lot matching is the entire point of the document. A certificate for a different lot describes material you did not receive — request the correct one.

Send us the lot number from your vial label along with your order details by text, Telegram, email, or the contact form and we will provide the matching certificate.

No. A certificate reports analytical results for one sample from one lot at one point in time. It is not a safety assessment and not a regulatory approval.

General laboratory practice is to keep vials sealed, dry, and protected from light and heat, with refrigerated or frozen storage for longer holds. Allow cold vials to equilibrate to room temperature before opening to limit condensation.

Reconstituted peptide solutions are generally kept cold and protected from light, and aliquoted so that repeated freeze-thaw cycles are avoided. Specific stability depends on the compound, solvent, concentration, and your assay.

Bacteriostatic water is a laboratory reconstitution supply. We stock it as a research supply item; we do not provide instructions for any use involving humans or animals.
